It is located in Salamiou village, 35km northeast of Paphos at the height of 700m. The area surrounding the winery and the vineyards of the village, is an untapped environmental treasure which happens to fall within the Natura 2000 selected region. Salamiou, as well as the surrounding areas are known for their microclimare which makes it ideal for growing grapes. Due to the cold winds that come from higher altitudes, such as Troodos, they benefit from colder nights and limited humidity. This allows the vineyards to have healthier grapes, usually without the use of pesticides. And grow grapes with more concentrated sugars and therefore, more flavor. There are 5 main areas: The outdoor grape reception, the vinification area, the bottling room, the cellar and the tasting hall. The Land is under government lease.There is a possibily to enter as a shareholder.
