The eastern part of the industrial area falls within planning zones Βα4 (Industrial Zone – Category ‘B’) and Βδ5 (Light industry/workshops).It is a large, vacant, irregularly shaped industrial field. The field has a smooth surface.There is a public road passing through the property. (Expropriation notice for the creation of an internal road network).In addition to the above, it is important to note that the property will be in very close proximity to Nicosia’s new ring road, with Phase 1 of the project linking this industrial area directly to the Nicosia – Limassol motorway and the nearby industrial area of Dali. The Department of Public Works has announced that is has secured the funding for this as part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and the Central Network of Cyprus and Orient-East Med Corridor, whilst contracts for the works were signed in February 2020.
