Within Paphos Town, during the summer, it holds a weekly market where local farmers sell their fresh produce, showing locals and tourists the true heart and soul of Paphos. Also in the winter there is usually an outdoor ice-skating rink, as Christmas lights and festivities are put up. Despite it being winter, the warm atmosphere and friendly hospitality of the surrounding community creates a picturesque experience for families.
