Kissonerga

Kissonerga is a developing village, although known for its mass spread of banana plantations. It is stooped in history as it has been used as a settlement since the Chalcolithic period; this is mainly the older region of Kissonerga. It is also believed to be the settlement of which a goddess who protected children and babies was worshiped; Kissonerga also has many ancient treasures hidden throughout the village. It has many small parks which are ideal for families with small children as well as for teenagers as they have a place nearby to meet, as well as a community beach along the coastal region of Kissonerga.
