Roles and Responsibilities of Master Franchisees

The expansion of BuySell into new territories is dependent upon the involvement of highly motivated Master Franchisees. The role of the Master Franchisee is to:

  • Promote and develop the BuySell franchise system within a defined area, usually a country
  • Sell franchises at a retail level within this region
  • Provide a direct liaison point for all regional franchisees
  • Assist established franchisees and provide support
  • Work with franchisees on an ongoing basis to maximise their potential
  • Conduct regular meetings with franchisees and keep them informed of developments both on a local and international front
  • Report to the Franchisor

There is considerable reliance on you as the Master Franchisee to undertake your own research within your market and ensure that all franchises are launched successfully and show progressive improvement.

Attributes of a Master Franchisee

A Master Franchisee must have the following personal attributes:

  • Be highly professional
  • Confident
  • Good negotiator/communicator
  • Success driven and motivated towards both personal success and that of the overall group
  • Be able to work independently and within a team
  • Able to actively promote the sale of franchises within a set territory and meet sales targets
  • Able to travel freely within the territory
